It’s that time of year again to find out who’s the bee’s knees of Orange County public relations. This year’s PROTOS awards zips you back to the days of the bathtub gin, the model T, the big band jazz and the rise of PR. Guys and dolls, put on your glad rags, jump in your jalopy and swing on down to the swankiest event of the year.

Featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Menu includes filet mignon crostini, shrimp scampi, artichoke and cheese ravioli, and much more.
8:00 - 9:30 Roaring PR Awards Ceremony
Classic theater style award show with special guest emcee Pete Demetriou of KFWB.

ELIGIBILITY
Competition is open to all members of the Orange County Chapter of PRSA and to non-members serving an Orange County area event, company or client. Submitted work must have been completed between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007, and MUST NOT have been entered in prior PROTOS competitions.
TWO-PAGE DESCRIPTION
A two-page typed (12-point or larger typeface) description must accompany each entry. The description must address each of the following criteria in the following order:
1) RESEARCH
2) PLANNING
3) IMPLEMENTATION
4) EVALUATION
REPRESENTATIVE SUPPORTING MATERIALS
Supporting materials should be included. Use tabs to separate supporting materials for the four sections: research, planning, implementation and evaluation.
