Perspectives on Managing Communication Teams in a Changing Economy
May 13, 2009
OCPRSA Senior Roundtable Committee Presents: Perspectives on Managing Communications Teams in a Changing Economy – a Roundtable Discussion
Let’s face it. Being a senior practitioner isn’t always as straightforward as we’d like – especially in this tough economic environment. Come Join your peers and explore answers to the critical issues we are all facing:
Do I need to restructure how I am doing business in these tough times?
Should I change the way I cost a job?
Retainers vs. hourly – how should I set those rates?
How can I make sure I’m not undervaluing my services?
Is there some magic formula for managing projects and workloads with less staff?
What does driving tasks to the lowest skill level mean?
And more, more, more…
COME PREPARED with your own questions and get the seasoned input you’ve been looking for.
WHEN: Wednesday, May 13, 2009 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Vessia Ristorante 3966 Barranca Parkway, Suite B Irvine, CA 92606 Phone 949.654.1155
COST and RSVP: $10 at the door – but RSVP is required for planning purposes. Please RSVP to info@ocprsa.org by close-of-business May 12.
