Leading Change Without Authority:
A Dale Carnegie Training Presentation

Everyone has the capability to lead change, regardless of position, and most organizations are searching for these people and helping them be proactive in generating change.  In this economic landscape, change is inevitable and those professionals who take the opportunity to influence change will come out ahead. For PR and communications professionals, leading change means keeping up with the latest media trends and technologies, creating more effective business communications and driving programs that positively influence our key audiences.
