Diana Mogollón is Vice President, Programming & Marketing for the Telemundo Network, West Coast office. As the primary network executive in Los Angeles, she collaborates with the network’s owned-and-operation station, KVEA, and all of its top departments to maximize Telemundo’s reach and effectiveness in the number one U.S. Hispanic market. Diana is also a key member of the strategic marketing team that executes campaigns for all program day parts (news, entertainment, sports) specifically geared for Los Angeles and the West Coast. She manages an L.A.-based team that oversees integrated marketing, strategic partnerships, event and guerrilla marketing and advertising/media planning. Diana collaborates with research, programming and production teams in Miami headquarters and international production bases to ensure the network’s original content reflects West Coast audience trends and preferences. Prior to her current tenure, Diana served as Vice President for Galán Entertainment. She began her career at Lifetime Television, as a coordinator in their award-winning original programming department. Diana was born in Los Angeles to Colombian and Mexican parents is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University.
Joe Pan, APR Partner, Lang/Pan/Chang (LPC) Public Relations
Joe Pan is a partner at Lang/Pan/Chang (LPC) Public Relations, a Los Angeles based award-winning agency that specializes in Asian American demographics. He’s received numerous accolades for his work in public education and grassroots organizing within the ethnic community. Pan is also recognized for his news talk show on a Cantonese-language radio station in Southern California. With a passion for environmentalism through grass roots education, he promotes recycling, reuse and pollution prevention education through community based social marketing. As founder of Asian American Environmental Partnership-AAEP, Joe is a recipient and current Fellow of the prestigious Environmental Leadership Fellowship. Joe is a board member of the L.A. Chapter of PRSA. He launched LPC after a successful career in print media management and broadcast journalism. Previously, Pan served as the publisher of Pasadena Weekly.
José Néstor Márquez Vice President of Digital Media, mun2
José Néstor Márquez is Vice President of Digital Media for mun2, a part of NBC Universal Cable and a division of Telemundo. mun2 televisión celebrates the lifestyle of young Latinos in an authentic manner and is a pioneer in programming to young Latino youth, offering bilingual content. An award-winning digital media professional, José is responsible for the execution and implementation of digital media strategies, online branding and tactics for the cable network. He also manages operations for the www.holamun2.com website. Prior to joining mun2, José served as New Media Producer for KQED, a public broadcast station in San Francisco, where he created original websites for the multiple programming properties of the station, including online documentaries and interactive games. For his work with KQED’s coverage of the 2004 California special elections, Márquez was awarded the prestigious EPPY accolade recognizing excellence Media-Affiliated Internet Services. Born in Havana, Cuba, Jose is a graduate of Williams Collage in Williamstown, MA.
