The Client Service Manager position supports the day-to-day activities of the account team. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day account management and client relations
- Writing press releases and advisories, pitch memos, fact sheets
- Developing strategic plans and accurate budgets
- Pitching consumer media targets and developing strategy for short- and long-term media relations activities
- Overseeing junior staff and assisting with production of media lists, coverage grids and reports
- Event planning and research
- Marketing to mom/baby products experience or passion for the category, a plus
Ideal Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of PR experience with prior agency experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Political Science or other applicable field
- Success in media relations/pitching
- Strong writing skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
