The Client Service Manager will lead the day-to-day activities of the account team under the Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Strong understanding of the hotel/travel & tourism business and industry trends
  • Strong writing skills – media materials, client memos, strategic recommendations, media strategy, etc.
  • Strong experience and success in trade and consumer media relations, including national and local market print, TV and radio
  • An understanding of online media and social networks
  • Event planning and execution
  • Managing internal/external budgets
  • Conducting research on account-related issues and funding sources
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Prior agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Political Science or other applicable field
  • Success in media relations/pitching
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
