Project Coordinator

Westbound Communications, a public relations and marketing firm with two Southern California offices, is looking to fill a project coordinator position at our headquarters in Orange, just off the 22, 57 and 5 freeways. Our agency offers an exciting roster of clients, an intelligent account team, and a corporate culture that recognizes and rewards great work.
As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the account team on a daily basis through timely implementation of administrative processes, while maintaining client relationships through media relations, writing, research and reporting.
Successful candidates must be detail oriented, have excellent organization and time management skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities will include assisting with AP/AR, invoicing, running reports, writing press materials, pitching media, and monitoring and maintaining media reports and databases. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks Pro, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is required and prior agency experience is preferred.
This is a full-time, salaried position. The compensation package for this position is competitive and will be based on the level of experience of the selected candidate.
