Account Supervisor, Account Manager, and Account Director

GRC, a growing full-service public relations firm that serves the high-tech, wireless / mobile, consumer electronics, and biotech markets, is seeking qualified candidates for various levels: account supervisor (AS) account manager (AM), and account director (AD).


The ideal account supervisor (AS) candidate will have 5-7 years of public relations agency work (advertising agency backgrounds will not be considered); a minimum of 2-3 years of management experience; the ability to develop and execute PR programs; involvement in new business presentations (including development); and strong media relations and writing skills.


The ideal account manager (AM) candidate will have 7+ years of public relations agency experience (advertising agency backgrounds will not be considered); Ability to translate complex business issues into readily understandable and creative communications for a variety of audiences; has a strategic approach to each account activity; management skills to grow and mentor a team.


With 9+ years agency experience, the ideal account director (AD) candidate is accountable for the development and execution of all communications and functions for the agency; plans and manages programs, personnel, and budgetary resources in the areas of member relations, public relations, marketing and media relations programs; is also responsible for staying on top of the latest PR trends, media mediums and general professional development tools.


Some domestic and international travel is required. Candidates must have the ability to prepare and make oral presentations; good writing and AP skills, and the ability to lead your team to success. Benefits are competitive, and include 401k, medical, dental, bonus structures and flexibility.
