We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:

Public Relations Account Manager
The public relations account manager is responsible for planning and managing client strategy and day-to-day media relations activities; overseeing account team; proactively identifying and developing stories; creating and maintaining strong relationships with media, bloggers and analysts; fielding calls and responding to media inquires; coordinating interviews; and placing stories that effectively communicate the client's positioning and core messages. Duties also include researching and writing press releases, media advisories, alerts, media pitches and client reports. Account manager will support new business development by attending networking events and serving as a proactive leader in industry. In addition to managing client accounts, the account manager will be responsible for PowerMark's own PR and promotion, and any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Public Relations Coordinator
The public relations coordinator reports to the PR account leads and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day media relations activities. Duties include maintaining media lists and editorial calendars; researching client award and speaking opportunities; and assisting with media pitches and press release distribution to targeted media. In addition, the PR coordinator will compile clip reports and track news coverage on and on-going basis. Other duties as may be reasonably required in small business environment.
