Global Results Communications (GRC), a full service public relations firm focused on enhancing the public profiles of its clients, is looking for seasoned Account Supervisors.

GRC is a growing agency in Orange County, serving global clients in the wireless and telecommunications industry. Founded in 2005, the firm is an award winning, globally growing agency with an employee-friendly structure -- we are flexible, fun and offer a solid benefits package with bonus structures. The agency is in need of individuals with a demonstrated success in managing accounts, managing a team, strategy development, strong media relations, implementing campaigns and elevating the awareness of clients across the agency. This position should require minimal direction -- we are not micro managers, but expect excellence and results for our clients.

Position responsibilities include:
* Work with a growing team of PR professionals, train and manage a team
* Develop and execute established PR programs as well as new ones
* Participate in new business presentations (including development)
* Serve as day-to-day contact for clients
* Write pitches, plans, press releases and other materials as needed
* Execute robust media relations programs

Some domestic and international travel is required. Bachelor degree in PR, communications, or related fields, and six to eight years agency experience is a plus. Candidates must have the ability to prepare and make oral presentations; good writing and AP skills, and the ability to lead your team to success.
