Lana Ong

Lana Ong is a communications specialist at Cox Communications. In her role, she helps Cox employees understand the company's vision, values and culture. She does this by creating and implementing communications plans, coordinating events and producing internal publications. Also, she oversees the internal and external communications efforts for a large network upgrade project.

Lana began her career at Cox as a public relations coordinator, where she assisted in managing their community relations program. Prior to that, she worked for the City of San Juan Capistrano and the City of Anaheim.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Chapman University and received her Bachelor's Degrees in Communications and Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Lana is a member of OC/PRSA, IABC-OC, and the Association of Cable Communicators
