1. Why do you feel it is important to be a member of OC/PRSA? Being a member of PRSSA and OC/PRSA is not only essential for its networking benefits, but its learning opportunities as well. Also, OC/PRSA provides members with a variety of resources to grow and develop their professional career. 2. Have you been involved in recent events or joined any of our leadership committees? I have attended OC/PRSA luncheons and networking events. I want to be involved in events and join the Young Professionals committee as soon as I graduate. However, I am currently on the executive board of California State Long Beach’s PRSSA chapter. I attended the National Assembly in March as the delegate for our chapter. 3. What are your goals as a young public relations professional? As a young professional, I strive to learn as much as I can about the public relations field from those who have been successful in the industry. 4. What gets you energized about public relations? Public relations is constantly changing and as a young professional, it is important to stay abreast of these changes. I enjoy the new challenges and opportunities that arise in this ever-evolving profession. 5. Do you have a favorite quote you'd like to share?
