PRSA Names Melinda Morgan Kartsonis a Fellow
Melinda Morgan Kartsonis Inducted into Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows
Kartsonis honored at PRSA 2011 International Conference
Melinda Morgan Kartsonis, APR, Fellow PRSA, is one of only nine PRSA members inducted this year into the PRSA College of Fellows. The ceremony was held on October 15th at the PRSA 2011 International Conference in Orlando, Fla.
The College of Fellows was founded in 1990 as a way to recognize individuals who have demonstrated superior capabilities as public relations practitioners or educators. According to the PRSA Bylaws, College of Fellows candidates must have 20 years or more of experience in the public relations industry, and exhibit exceptional personal and professional qualities that have served as role models for practitioners, while advancing the state of the profession.
Melinda was the only inductee from the West coast to join the prestigious ranks of the merely 478 PR professionals in the world.
