Networking and Yoga

OCPRSA is thrilled to host our first Networking & Yoga event, led by Emma Goulden, on Wednesday, March 10. We will kick things off with a 15-minute networking session followed by a 45-minute yoga practice. Emma’s practice is designed for beginner and intermediate yogis. Join us for a virtual session as she leads you through a vinyasa level 1 flow that will incorporate calming breathing techniques to help you stay present through the practice, body warming exercises, and moves that both strengthen and stretch your body and mind. No previous experience or equipment is required, but she recommends using a yoga or exercise mat if you have one, and sense of humor!

About the Instructor:

Emma Goulden has been practicing yoga for around seven years, but started taking her practice more seriously during a difficult time in her life about two years ago. Yoga was, and is, instrumental in her mental healing. As her dedication to her practice continued to deepen, Emma enrolled in the RA Yoga 200 hour teaching certification program in January of this year so that she may be trained to share the many benefits of yoga that she has found with others. As a working professional who is also navigating the challenges and stressors of everyday life, Emma continues to be amazed by the ability yoga has to calm her busy mind and generally make her feel better – and she wants to share these benefits with you!
