We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our public relations team.

This role requires a strong track record in media relations and will develop, implement and manage the public relations and social media programs of our clients. He/she will act as a client-facing lead on key accounts and will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of client campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of public relations strategy and media relations tactics, social media strategy and management, the ability to manage teams and budgets and a strong desire to cultivate and mentor fellow teammates. He/she must have a passion for our industry and the business of communications, a “can-do” attitude.

5-7 years of working within public relations. Agency experience with a strong portfolio of national and lifestyle media relations experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing

·      Exceptional writer and strong verbal communications skills
·      Highly developed teamwork skills and experience managing teams
·      Excellent project management and organization skills
·      Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution
·      Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
·      Proficient in Microsoft Office products
·      Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills using AP Style
